From initial submission to keys in hand, our process is designed so you never set foot in a dealership. We source the candidates, negotiate the deal, and arrange delivery.

You describe it

Two-minute form. We capture exactly what you want.

  • ·Tell us your vehicle category, preferred makes, year range, mileage cap, and budget.
  • ·Pick whether the car is for personal use, business use, or both.
  • ·Add any must-have features (AWD, autopilot, panoramic roof) and deal-breakers.
  • ·Select your service tier — Discovery, Full Brokerage, or White-Glove.

We source it

Nationwide search across every major channel.

  • ·Our team works our private network of dealers, auctions, and listing channels — locally and nationwide.
  • ·Each candidate is hand-vetted against your criteria with comp pricing analysis.
  • ·Listings are screened for red flags: undisclosed accidents, mileage discrepancies, suspicious pricing, salvage titles.
  • ·We filter to a clean shortlist of 5–15 of the best matches and send for your review within one business day.

We negotiate it

You pick favorites. We close the deal.

  • ·You review the shortlist with our notes, fit scores, and price analysis.
  • ·Mark candidates you're interested in and rejected. We refine and re-source if needed.
  • ·Once you pick a winner, we negotiate price, terms, and contingencies on your behalf.
  • ·We coordinate pre-purchase inspection (PPI) with a trusted local mechanic in the seller's area.
  • ·We handle title transfer, registration paperwork, and any state-specific requirements.

We deliver it

Vehicle arrives at your door.

  • ·Full Brokerage: standard transport via vetted third-party carrier (open carrier).
  • ·White-Glove: enclosed transport for premium / collector vehicles, plus mobile detail at your address on delivery day.
  • ·Pre-delivery walkthrough video so you know what's arriving before the truck does.
  • ·Final invoice with itemized fees and pass-through costs. No surprises.

Optional pass-through services

What costs extra (and what doesn't).

Our service tier covers our work. Third-party costs (inspection, repairs, shipping) are passed through at vendor cost — no markup, no kickbacks.

Inspection coordination

We arrange a third-party PPI in the seller's market. Cost passed through (~$150–$300).

Pre-delivery service

Optional. Address any inspection issues before delivery. Vendor cost passed through.

Extended warranty research

We compare third-party warranty options if you want one. No commission paid to us.

Shipping coordination

Open carrier or enclosed transport. Quoted by 3+ providers, you pick. Pass-through.
